One of the most threatening global challenges of our time is the Economic Inequality. It jeopardize our stability and social progress worldwide. India accounted for the largest number of people living below international poverty line, with 30 per cent of its population under the $1.90-a- day poverty measure, the World Bank said. This is the reason Objectways was started in the rural part of South India: To provide meaningful career path leading to a lifetime of full employment.

Majority of our workforce are new employees and First generation college graduates. Objectways is one of a few technology company in the entire town and only company providing access to formal employment and training, allowing them to lift themselves and their families out of poverty.Our impact workers receive same training as traditional workers and deliver services at par with traditional workers. There is absolutely no difference in the quality of work delivered by impact workers.

Empowering Women

Creating jobs for women is especially important for any community transformation. Research shows that women will spend up to 90% of their income on health, nutrition, and education for their families. At Objectways, we hired more than 50% women and committed to extend that percentage to $5% in the coming years. Turning women into breadwinners not only builds self-esteem, but improves their standing in the community and enables them to pool resources and improve infrastructure. We not only make the best labels for your AI models, but through training and sustainable job creation, we empower our annotators and their families to break the cycle of poverty and build a brighter future.
